Access to and use of the manu88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.

• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the manu88 Platform or any of its affiliated services.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws governing your jurisdiction.

Each User may hold only one registered Account on the manu88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During account registration, Users are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred currency (MYR). You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and notify manu88 of any changes promptly.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

All Users must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. KYC verification is typically completed within one (1) business day of document submission.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. manu88 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

manu88 accepts deposits exclusively through the verified Malaysian payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time. Currently supported deposit methods include Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB. All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-wallet and DuitNow/FPX methods are typically credited to your manu88 Wallet in real time or within a few minutes. Direct bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. manu88 does not charge additional fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is stated on the deposit page of the Platform and may vary by payment method. Users are advised to review the current minimum and maximum deposit limits displayed within the Platform Wallet section before initiating a transaction.

5.3 Fund Ownership

All funds deposited into your manu88 Wallet must belong to you and must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts or persons are not permitted. manu88 reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and may withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

Users may submit a withdrawal request for their available real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) at any time through the Wallet section of the Platform. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The User's account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds or promotions must be fully satisfied before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the User's applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limit, as displayed within the Wallet section.
• The withdrawal recipient account or e-wallet must be registered in the same name as the manu88 account holder.
• The account must be in good standing with no outstanding disputes, investigations, or compliance flags.

6.1 Processing Timeframes

Indicative withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers typically process within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers may take 15–60 minutes or longer depending on the receiving bank's clearing schedule. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed.

6.2 Right to Withold

manu88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, the Company will notify the User and may request additional verification documentation.

manu88 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms of a promotion and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus Funds awarded to a User's account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

manu88 employs automated and manual systems to detect promotional abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting for bonus acquisition, arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, and collusion. Any User found to have abused a promotion will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account may be terminated.

7.3 Withdrawal of Offers

manu88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account and subject to active wagering will not be affected by retrospective withdrawal of an offer.

Users of the manu88 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games in a manner not sanctioned by manu88.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or game glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winings derived from such exploits are void and will be recovered.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of the Platform to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Coluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game or sports betting outcomes.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with manu88.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referal to appropriate law enforcement authorities where warranted.

All content on the manu88 Platform, including but not limited to the manu88 brand name, logo, website design, graphic elements, text content, game interfaces, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of manu88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. No content on the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of manu88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, manu88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings or profits resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service interruptions.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, or other Malaysian banking infrastructure.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

The total aggregate liability of manu88 to any User in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

manu88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Users. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that restrict the amount you can fund your account over a given period.

Either party may terminate the User's account at any time. Users wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the manu88 support team. Any remaining real-money balance (net of pending wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

manu88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a User's account without prior notice in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Discovery that the User is ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms;
• Sustained inactivity on the account for a period exceding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Any activity deemed to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its users.

In the event of account termination by manu88 for reasons other than User breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited in all termination scenarios involving User breach.

manu88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to registered Users. The updated Terms will be identified by a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the manu88 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated.

In the event of any dispute between the User and manu88, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Users are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance. manu88 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

Disputes relating to game outcomes must be raised within seven (7) days of the contested event. Claims raised after this period will not be considered. All decisions made by manu88 on game outcome disputes are final, subject to the findings of the relevant certified RNG provider where applicable.
